Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and assistance to clients based on their individual needs and care plans - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry - Provide companionship and engage in conversation with clients - Accompany clients to appointments or social outings as needed - Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and client needs Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
